Photography
My experience in production and print finally led me to photographic exploration. Whether for professional or personal use, my photographs are always taken in natural day light and rely heavily on my preference for simple subjects and bold colours. An uncomplicated photograph taken at just the right time in the day can truly relate the intended effect.

My ability to capture food stills stems from a combination of cooking and editorial experience. My knowledge of food photography accelerated when I was hired for my first column, Cooking 101, where I was to provide all text, recipes and photography for an entire newspaper page on behalf of Post Media Inc.
Travelling is a privelege, and I have been lucky enough spend my time deeply exploring dynamic countries that are still developing to their full potential. South Africa and Colombia have offered me much photographic material with their bright spirits and collective cultures. These countries and their people are easily some of the most beautiful subjects I've come across.
Art, culture and architecture are telling historical landmarks and capturing even the most simplest of these elements, in just the right light, can make for an exquisite photographic experience.
